personally, we feel that an experience at Cubby's is always a good one.

after traveling to Chicago to personally learn the ins & outs of Chicago Beef himself, Cubby James moved back to Utah and decided it was officially time that he opened his own restaurant.

Provo, Utah was his first choice of location but after much buzz, constant crowds, one wall knocked down to fit more tables, and people begging... a second Lehi location was opened. 

the atmosphere he has established in both locations is amazing & he only offers the freshest ingredients and finest cuts of beef.

to us, it's always great to find a restaurant owned by a local Utahn that offers great customer service, a clean store front, and zero chain restaurant feelings.

cubby's offers all of that!

today, Cubby personally introduced us to the Pikey sandwich and BOY was it amazing.
a slice of thick, juicy chicken w/ arugula, roasted tomatoes, pesto, and fresh mozzarella. 
does it get much better than that?
